Say hello to today's Flashback Friday, Class of 1995! Gosh, I was in the 8th grade and was going through a lot of different emotions...or maybe they were just teenage hormones. But I remember wanting to quit gymnastics to join the volleyball team so I would start my high school with the right crowd. I ended up making the JV team the same year I won Regionals in gymnastics. The one constant was listening to songs like Adam Ant (Wonderful), Adina Howard (Freak Like Me), Madonna (Take A Bow), New Order (Bizarre Love Triangle) and Toad The Wet Sprocket (Good Intentions) that helped me feel like everything was ok. My Take That (Back To Good) cassette tape that my friend Angela gave me was so worned out. Good thing we can listen to these songs digitally. No worn out cassette tape sound!
